Hello and welcome. I admire your courage in seeking help as you face the challenges in your unique lived experience. I am honored that you are considering my support and guidance to help you address life’s complexities and build your resilience.
Using an integrative and holistic approach, I employ various evidence-based practices from multiple theoretical underpinnings including Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based, EMDR, CBT (Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to best support your personal goals.
My role in your journey is to provide a compassionate and empathetic space, where I can help guide you as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges without judgement. Together, we will collaboratively tailor a treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and goals, fostering your emotional well-being and resilience.
As a settler living and practicing on Treaty 1 territory (traditional ancestral lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and on the National Homeland of the Red River Métis), and as an ally to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, I practice from an anti-oppressive framework and provide affirming and trauma-informed care with a diverse range of clients from various walks of life. _____
